Before getting involved in venture and entrepreneurship, Randall was a Captain in the United States Army and is both Airborne and Ranger qualified. He served over six years active duty and deployed twice in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom where he was awarded two Bronze Stars for his actions during combat operations.  

Jan Estep

Board Member, ACI Worldwide; Retired President and CEO, Nacha

Jan is an accomplished executive and independent director with extensive experience in publicly-traded, private, and not-for-profit companies in technology-intensive and financial services industries. She brings extensive knowledge of digital technology, risk management and regulations, change management, strategic planning as a basis for business transformation, sales and marketing management, M&A, the application of innovative technology, and migration to SaaS.  

Jan retired from Nacha at the end of 2019, having led the organization as CEO for the last 12 years through significant growth and transformation in support of electronic payments. She led Nacha to a role of prominence in the industry and internationally via enhanced strategic positioning, support of evolving digital technology, and increased visibility via her many public speaking engagements.

Mitchell Gordon has worked as a corporate executive, investor and investment banker for over 35 years. He has served as CEO of Edition Logistics Management, CEO of Edition Capital Partners, President and CFO, Cambridge Capital Acquisition Corporation, President of Morpheus Capital Advisors, Member of the Office of the President and CFO, Interpool. President, Atlas Capital Partners, Global Co-Head of the Transportation Investment Banking Group at Salomon Smith Barney and CEO of Aggile Media Group - the first nationwide side-of-truck advertising.

Mitchell currently serves on the boards of Edition Logistics Management, Mesa Air Group, Adgile Media Group  and Merchants Fleet and has served on 6 other corporate boards. Mitchell has served on numerous not-for-profit boards including the Environmentor’s Project and Student Sponsor Partners. He currently serves on the board of HIAS, is Chairman of the Hunter College (CUNY) Community Advisory Board and volunteers at a NYC soup kitchen. Mitchell is a frequent speaker on entrepreneurship as well as transportation industry and capital markets issues.

In 2017 NACD Directorship magazine named her for the third consecutive year as one of the 100 most influential people in corporate governance in the United States.
